Responsible for preparing, reviewing and analyzing every draft agreement made required made between the company and other parties, as well identifying risks to the agreement and not limited to contract/SPK/NDA.
- Managing and filing company legality document, licenses, and certifications required by the company and its subsidiaries and ensuring that all of them are still valid and active.
- Responsible for updating information on national and local regulations, especially those related to company licenses, and responsible for monitoring and ensuring licenses are in accordance with applicable laws or regulations.
- Helping the department to interpret and implement all regulations applicable to the company and ensure compliance.
- At least 2 years' experience as legal in banking or investment banking
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university
- Have the ability in terms of contract drafting, legal drafting, legal review, and legal opinion, and have knowledge related to the UUPT
- Having a good knowledge of Legal, Risk Management, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Compliance
- Good Command of English (Spoken and Written)
- Strong integrity person, loyal, responsible
- Quick adaptability and willingness to keep learning
- Wiling to work under pressure situation
