Provide legal advice and guidance on all matters affecting the company, including media law, intellectual property, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and licenses.
Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including media-related laws, data protection regulations, and intellectual property rights

Work closely with other departments/unit business to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives.
Min.
bachelor's degree in Law.
Licensed advocate with Peradi (Indonesian Advocates Association).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal officer, preferably in the media industry.
Strong knowledge of media law, intellectual property law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
