Legal Manufacturing - Jakarta

As a Legal Team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support for manufacturing operations, including handling dispute resolution, liaising with relevant parties, managing required documentation, supporting daily legal needs such as contract drafting, review, and legal research, resolving operational legal issues, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, communities, and government agencies.What will you do?
Handle and coordinate dispute resolution related to manufacturing operations, including liaising with relevant parties and providing required documentation.Provide daily legal support to manufacturing and operations teams, including contract drafting/review, legal research, and resolving operational legal issues.Support stakeholder relationship management around manufacturing facilities, including local authorities, communities, and government agencies.What are we looking for?
Law degree from an accredited reputable school.At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in reputable litigation law firms, or in FMCG or industrial companies.Experience in areas such as dispute resolutions, business and operational licensing, commercial contracts with vendors, land and property matters.
Having knowledge in the FMCG and manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
