Job Description:
Responsible for company's legal affair.
Manage company License and expatriate permits.
Drafting Agreement, Contract clauses.
Provide legal assist on-going cases.
Provide Legal and Risk Management advice.
Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Possess bachelor degree in law or equivalent.
Over 5 years experience in Legal department.
Possess proven knowledge and skill about corporate law, contract drafting, legal permits, Labor low.
Ability to communicate in English above business level.
Be familiar with manufacturing industry.
Working experience in Law firm.
