Bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh aspek legalitas perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan perizinan Property
Bertanggung jawab terhadap dokumen legal korporasi
Memberikan saran dari sisi legalitas terhadap semua perjanjian kontrak dengan klien/kontraktor rekanan perusahaan

Requirements :
Usia Maksimal 40 Tahun
Setidaknya memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.
Lebih disukai Manajer/Asisten Manajer khusus dalam Legal dan Perizinan Properti/Real Estate atau setara.
Menguasai perurusan perizinan lahan (prosedur pembebasan &surat surat legalitas).
Terbiasa dengan target pencapaian pekerjaan.
