Legal Department Head

We are now seeking a position as a Legal Department Head for Motor Cycle Distributor Company, who will handle the following key responsibilities:- Drafting legal agreements- Preparation of legal due diligence & legal opinion- In-house consult (understanding aspects of permits, guarantees, land rights and agreements)- Negotiation skills (non-litigation matters)- Corporate action matters- Manage the distribution of tasks for the legal team- Recommend a summons letter template- Coordinate directly with external parties to conduct negotiations- Recommend licensing vendors, notaries and advocatesWe expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:- Minimal Bachelor's of Law- Minimal 5 years of experience in the same position/fields713
