DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Summary We are looking for the right candidate to join our team as Legal & Corporate Affair. This person will be responsible for advising legal compliance matters in a wide variety of areas.
Responsibility include but not limited to;
Ensure Legal & Corporate Affair function smoothly-well, integrated and align with the objectives of the company.
Liaise with company attorney to resolve any legal compliance issues.
Act as company representative on any legal issues.
Ensure agreements and permits are relevant with business needs and comply with regulations.
Identify potential legal and non-conformity risks.
Manage risk associated with corporate capability and operational.
Job Qualification;
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent ( Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree preferred)
At least 5 years of professional experience in a corporate legal department and/or a major law firm.
Solid knowledge of commercial, coroprate legal and law.
Outstanding communications skills, both written and oral in English is a must
You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
Proficient knowledge in Tax, SNI & Import
