Legal & Compliance Specialist

Develop planning and implement an effective legal compliance program for the whole business model of the company including but not limited to such as Izin Pengelolaan Sampah (national and regional level), OSS, LKPM, SIINAS, and regional level compliance as necessary.Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.Draft and revise company policies as necessary.Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weakness and potential risk.Evaluate business activities (e.g. waste collection business) to assess compliance risk.Collaborate effectively with external parties such as consultant, public notary, ministry office, local beureu (Dinas) and counterparts when needed.Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation on the basis of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).Drafting and review agreements, contract, and any kind of required legal documentsReport directly to Legal Manager and arrange an effective team work within the compliance team sub-division.At Least a Bachelor's degree in Law from reputable University in IndonesiaMinimum 2 years experience as a legal officer/legal staffA good command of English, both verbal and written, min TOEFL or IELTS 6Good legal knowledge and excellent in drafting, and negotiating legal documents both in English and IndonesiaFamiliar with permit regulations flow at governmentHardworking and reliable, able to handle multiple streams of work and prioritize efficientlyAdaptable and able to learn quicklyA team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersFull comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporationInterest in environment/ sustainability issue
