**Job Descriptions**:- Carry out marketing activities and be responsible for commercial areas, including rental of common areas and promotional media as income for the company- Build and maintain good relationship with customers and other party- Monitoring installment payments from existing customers- Direct handling settlement**Job Requirements**:- Diploma or Bachelor Degree any major- Minimum 2 year of working experience as Lease Staff in shopping center/retail industry- Able to work independently and maintain good quality of output under deadline pressure- Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance- Computer literacy (Ms. Office)- Willing to be placed in ITC BSD, South Tangerang
