**Job Descriptions**:
- Coordinating the implementation of the commercial area marketing strategy and promotional media in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor the commercial area and promotional media to ensure that everything goes according to the agreement.
- Process approval for the use of commercial areas and promotional media for exhibition/event needs.
- Together with prospective tenants conduct a commercial area location survey.
- Controling the rental period for promotional media locations and ensure payments are paid on time.
- Collecting data on the location of promotional media to find out offers for locations that have not been rented.
- Make monthly reports related to the implementation of Lease operational activities.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Leasing area, Experience in mall leasing area is an advantage.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Have a comprehensive Product Knowledge.
- Have a good Communication Skill and Administrative Skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
