- Plan suitable lease concept and scheme
- Find potential clients to match with shophouses/kiosks owners for lease agreement
- Create events/promotional activities to gather crowd to the designated shophouses/kiosks area
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate leasing activities for projects
- Develop and maintain good relationships with all related parties
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 10 years of experience in position that directly dealing with customer, and 3 years of experience in similar position
- Ability to create and maintain good relationship with vendors, tenants, and others
- Strategic marketing skills
- Effective communication skills
- Managerial skills
