**Job Descriptions**:

- Make a work plan and strategies in Lease and Commercial Building.
- Monitor and ensure lease processes are within the determined timeline.
- Survey and analyze the competitor price list, to get data with market values and product conditions.
- Coordinate with internal team and external parties to achieve a higher performance and target.
- Analyze common area rental income reports and promotional media.
- Common area marketing and promotional media.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Lease Staff in office building, shopping center/retail industry.
- Have an effective communication skill, selling, negotiation, analyst, and high motivation.
- Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in ITC Cempaka Mas, Jakarta Pusat.
