**Requirements**:

- University degree in design, fine arts or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Strong portfolio of videos/social media and/or other graphics/illustrations
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects and Illustrator
- A keen eye for aesthetics, colours, and details
- Excellent English communication skills, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, troubleshoot creative challenges and deliver on schedule
- Experience in motion graphics animation and motion design a plus
- Illustration skills a definite plus

Tanggung Jawab

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with teaching team to produce learning videos from start to finish
- Work with marketing and design teams to brainstorm and storyboard video concepts
- Create social teasers, Input music, graphics and effects to existing videos
- Perform all necessary edits to videos (and audio) to ensure continuity
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for search and user experience for all content channels, including social media, mobile, video, especially short-form content
- Make videos come to life with special effects and animations
