Responsible to conduct full cycle of training
- Continuously working closely with the brands to support the business
- Responding the training needs of head office and brands
- Manage Management Trainee Program
Requirements:
- Able to deliver training offline & online
- Able to create module training
- Understand the full cycle off training
- Fluent in english
- Interest in Luxury retail especially watches will be a plus point
- Experience in Management Training Program
