Coordinating the process of preparation, implementation and evaluation of employee development program, and ensure the Kompas branding program such as training, Kompas employee scholarship, intern programs, Kompas Talent development program run well according to plan and regulations.
**What will you do**:
Plan a calendar of employee development plans (monthly) and coordinate the preparation process for the implementation of employee development so that the training execution can run well
Ensure the implementation of employee development programs in accordance with the syllabus and schedule that has been set
Coordinating and monitoring the distribution of The Intern and Kompas employee scholarship in accordance with the regulations
Coordinate the implementation of the Kompas branding program (training)
Evaluating the implementation of training, materials and presenters, as well as implementing employee development materials in work units and compiling recommendations for follow-up to superiors.
Prepare Talent Pool and formulate development recommendations to fill competency gaps as well as to prepare talent pool as fit cadres.
Provide "coaching and counseling" to the work team to develop and motivate them so their competence and productivity are maintained.
Bachelor Degree (majoring in Psychology)
Having 4 years working experience related (Planning & Module Deveopment / Training Development / Talent Management etc)
Mastering interview and observation technic and report
Good coaching and counseling skills
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
