Make a well documentation for training and development plan and strategy
Build a consistent bank general knowledge and cs related onboarding session
Make plan on learning and development improvement
Requirements
Candidate must posses Bachelor's Degree.
Experience Max 3 years in Financial Technology , or Start up field.
Have Experience Creating Modules Training.
Having good communication skills.
Able to work as individual as well as in a team.
Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast-paced working environment.
