Lead Teacher Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering lessons designed to facilitate students' social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Making children's progress report in weekly, termly and semesterly duration.
- Mediating conflict between students.
- Modeling appropriate behaviors, even when not on duty.
- Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning at all times.
- Liaising with families to gain insight into students' home lives.
- Tracking and informing parents of students' progress.
- Attending parent and staff meetings.
Lead Teacher Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in teaching infants and toddlers (Having a degree in education or related field is preferred).
- Fluent in speaking English.
- Familiar with Montessori Curriculum (certified or diploma in Montessori will be advantageous).
- Communicative and have an outgoing personality.
- Passionate for early childhood development.
- Warm and have an approachable disposition.
- Physically fit, energetic, enthusiastic, dedicated, and a team player.
- Able to use a variety of teaching methods including artistic expression, educational play, storytelling, and sensory play.
- Willing to be placed at Kebayoran Baru area.
**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

- Jakarta (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
