Essential Responsibilities: Understand, implement and follow Baker Hughes Health, Safety (HSE) regulations.Responsible for the creation and maintenance of an accurate schedule for the fabrication activities and the linkage and coordination with predecessor engineering, procurement and shipment activities and successor logistics activities.Internal subsea coordination and expediting: the site planner will work closely with the product line planners and EPC planner in charge of engineering / procurement / logistics to the fabrication yard to ensure timely completion of activities and follow up / escalation when required.Customer provided items planning: the site planner will proactively track all customer provided items and provide weekly updates to functions to ensure on time delivery.Coordination and expediting with fabrication yard: the site planner will work closely with the Baker Hughes site construction manager and fabricator planner to accurately track status and progress of activities.
Proactively expediting relevant activities, identifying opportunities and escalating risks or roadblocks.Status reporting: the site planner will generate status reports providing visibility on project status and supporting the fabrication manager / project director in their daily job and where necessary on mitigation / defense strategies for any possible delay claims.Project collaboration: the site planner will closely collaborate and form a One Team approach with the other planners on the project through active engagement and regular communication.Integrated Project planning support: the site planner will work in adherence with the global Subsea standard processes and will ensure support in the overall implementation of integrated project planning.
The planner will proactively report lessons learned/best practices on planning process back to the global organizationSupport Baker Hughes Site Construction Manager with given tasks, including site activity / FAT planning.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree (Engineering/Math's/Science preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Planner in the Oil & Gas industry, worked on large EPC projects and knowledgeable in subsea structures fabrication.Commercial, financial and contractual awareness.Experience in a client facing role.Solid working knowledge of the Primavera planning tool and MRP.Skilled in both English and Indonesian language.Proven capability of working in a matrix environment.Team Player, self-motivated and energetic individual.
