**Get to know our Team**:
The GrabFinancial PMO (Program Management Office) comprises a diverse group of Regional Program Managers who are involved in driving End-To-End program management of high priority product launches in the organization.
Key focus area of this team is largely based around clearing Legal, Regulatory Compliance and Risk hurdles for the host of Financial products that Grab is offering to the customers in South East Asia.
By doing this, the team needs to work with various stakeholders from in-country and the regional team.
Making improvements / enhancements on our key services and platforms and making sure that each product launch is seamless and we delight the end users when it hits the market.
**Get to know the Role**:
This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing and passionate team that enables the successful launch of products / key services by driving alignment and clearing and impediments between Grab, external partners and vendors.
You will be expected to support the end to end delivery of growing Grab's Financial Group's platforms, launching new products / services and use cases across south East Asia by onboarding the right partner / vendors.
**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Drive and facilitate End-to-End (E2E) program execution and delivery of large scale and complex GFG programs impacting our Core Platforms
- Manage end to end of the Vendor onboarding, procurement and integration process for GFG Programs
- Assist in requirements gathering across the region, scope definition, prioritization, and following through implementation / launch
- Structure, and develop program timeline
- Ensure the quality of the delivery meets the stakeholders' requirements
- Work closely with the stakeholders and project team to identify, analyze and mitigate risks.
Emphasize on ensuring the program development and outputs are in compliance with the regulations
- Ensure the completeness and timeliness of stakeholders communications
- Create and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, be the bridge among all stakeholders

**The Must-Haves**:

- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering/Science/Business
- 8 years of total working experience with minimum 5 years of Project/Program Management experience
- Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa and English.
- Have banking, financial services (E.g.microloans and collections), or e-commerce /tech domain experience, and vendor management experience highly desirable
- Well versed in collaboration tools (G-suite)
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Exposure to software development and product delivery is a plus
- Exposure to project managing vendors, contract handling, procurement, info-security and data privacy clearances is a plus
- Ability to work independently and hunger to achieve more
- PMP certification is a plus
