We are looking for Lead Production Unit who will be based in Surabaya. Your 'day to day' Manage and control the production of hand-rolled cigarettes in the production unit, to meet the overall target of the hand-rolled plant in the set KPI (Key Performance Indicators) in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale with industrial / environmental peace, and the spirit of continuous improvement, with accountability : (1) Support Manager Hand rolled Plant in developing the Hand rolled Production Planning, coordinate and monitors the implementation of activity aligned with 90 days plant and hand-rolled focus area (2) Coordinate resources utilization (manpower, merge production unit, materials, tools and energy) for production line to optimize the resources and smooth operations in line with budget (SVC and FME) (3) Manage & analyze production line performances (KPI) and coordinate improvement action to achieve agreed performance target with 100% employee ownership and zero loss mindset (4) Supervise, controls, and implement quality management system in all production unit (5) Monitor quality inspection activities to ensure compliance with semi-finished/finished product specifications (6) Actively participate in creating risk elimination and sustainable healt program (7) Focus on eliminatation Quality Losses through Process Capability Improvement (8) Identify and take actions required in developing competencies in line with current job requirements, future career aspirations and company needs to build diverse organization and people readiness for growth Who we're looking for - Bachelor degree from reputable universities. - Fresh graduate or >1 year experience in manufacturing industry - Fluency in English (verbal and written) - Literacy in SAP & computer will be a plus - Willingness to be placed in Surabaya - Willingness to relocate to another placement What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
