As our lead product designer, you are about to enter the world of a high-paced, exciting, and fun team where together we will grow better and providing executable solutions for our clients.
We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team! You’ll be a part of a small team rapidly designing and prototyping new features and ideas for current and next-generation our software products. As a Lead Visual Designer, you will work closely with our Product Strategy, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high quality and thoughtful experiences to our customers. You will be expected to contribute to all aspects of design and execution, including pitching your ideas, designing the feature (visual design, interaction design, and prototyping), and partnering with engineering to implement your vision. You will be expected to be able to communicate your ideas to team members and leadership within the company.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
1 Design wireframes and high-fidelity visuals for the features.
2 Design a cohesive user interface and interaction flow.
3 Design with an awareness of the constraints and limitations of each platform (iOS & Android).
4 Able to conduct qualitative research, identifying needs & pain points to identifying user experience.
5 Partner with engineering to ensure that our implementation & user experience are high-quality.
6 You will be mentoring and leading other designers, including interns.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1 2+ years of experience in Interaction Design, Interface Design and/or Information Architecture for consumer-facing products.
2 A bachelor degree in a Design-related field (HCI, Interaction Design, Interface Design, User Experience, Information Architecture or New Media) or equivalent experience.
3 A great eye for detail, demonstrate creative and innovative problem solving and possess some leadership abilities.
4 Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud application, Sketch, Figma, or any design tools related.
5 Experience in designing from start to finish including the development process.
6 An understanding of human-centered design principles and the ability to clearly articulate customer needs, feature goals, and effective solutions.
7 Looking for a self-starter who works well with a team in a collaborative environment.
