**1. Mission: PO Management****2. Mission: Supplier Management**- Checking customs documents from supplier.- PO Management, Monitoring purchase orders to meet delivery targets.- Be the key person for communication between supplier, Transport team and Customs Broker at Destination**3. Mission: International Trade compliance**- Contribute to the procurement session by presenting analysis results based on shared information from both Sourcing and Quality team.- Create regular reports to highlight issues and find opportunity to improve tools and process.**Requirements**:Technical skills:- Have related experience at least 5 years, especially in furniture industry- Comfortable with data analysis, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.- Good knowledge of administration compliance relating to Export and Import duties.- Good knowledge of manufacturing process.Cross-disciplinary skills and qualities required:- Be versatile, rigorous, methodical and organized.- Good communication skills, team player and autonomous.- Capable of analyzing potential issues and offering steps for problem mitigation.- Show respect and courtesy towards colleagues.- Proficiency in English at a business level.Application Deadline: 01/31/2024Expected Start Date: 01/31/2024
