About the Lead Frontend Developer Role:
In this role, you will be a leader in frontend technologies, design patterns and implementation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Frontend Engineers
Design and implement leading platforms used and loved by hundreds of millions of users
Implement solutions to complex and flexible business features
Maintain and improve on high quality in-house JavaScript libraries and toolsets, for example, a complete React UI framework following design guidelines
Perform code reviews and contribute to coding if necessary
Participate in regular internal technology sharing and other regional tech events

To succeed in this Lead Frontend Developer role, you must be able to develop and execute plans to help the company achieve its goals.

Key Requirements:
Minimum of six years' total work experience
Passionate about coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems
Strong knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals
Experience leading a team of engineers to develop and deliver projects
Excellent communication skills
Well-versed in various browser technologies
Love for technology
Enjoys teamwork
Hands-on experience and knowledge in React JS is preferred
Experience writing type-safe code with Flow or TypeScript is preferred
