Job Descriptions:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
**Requirements**:
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in business/management or relevant discipline with minimum 4 year experience in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Having experiences leading small/medium team.
- Having experiences in Ecommerce/POS/Tech Industries.
- Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Understanding of sales techniques.
- Detail oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills and is willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong analytical, result-oriented, and data-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with mínimal direction.
- Fast learner, self-driven, and outgoing personality
- Persistent, able to work as a team and perform well in an under pressure working condition
