Diploma / degree holder in food and beverage management, hospitality / tourism / hotel management
- Minimum 1 year experience as a kitchen staff
- Experience in western and asian food
- Excellence understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Able to work as a team and under pressure
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Service oriented, friendly, and well groomed
