About the Key Account Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for hunting new client, maintain existing client and support the warehousing and logistics services. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the team of a leading tech start-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain new and existing the relationship with key account partners within logistic industry
Drive profitable revenue growth by acquire new key account Partners, including sellers, brands, manufactures and distributors
Support and provided tailored review meeting to ensure high standards of services that in line with contract requirements
Follow up retail business supply chain pain points and provide solution
Lead cooperation with organisations, such as retail industry organisation, logistic and warehouse organisations
Work closely with other department to identify issue and coordinate internally for solving problems
Ensure client's needs can be matched by our logistic solutions
Co-ordinate local sales team and operations initiative to ensure the clients experience was consistently higher than local competitors

To succeed in this Key Account Manager role, you will need a strong background in Retail, Logistics Sales, e-Ccommerce, or Warehousing.

Key Requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree, master's degree/postgraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent
At least five years' working experience in a related field
Strong and proven leadership
Proven experience in negotiations, with different degrees of complexity
Good relationship to related principal
Background in Retail, Logistics Sales, e-Ccommerce, or Warehousing
Excellent communication skill in English
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as you will be required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Experience in B2B sales and Marketing
