Responsibilites :

Onboard elite shipper into NinjaVan Platforms by assisting in account creation and manage customised integration between the shipper and Ninja Van
Provide support to elite shippers in the usage of Ninja Van Platforms
Level one support for elite shippers experiences any issue related to shipping, COD, IT, and Finance.
Actively manage and resolve elite shipper issues by clarifying the shipper's complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Conduct monthly discussions for the shipper to discuss a plan to handle the projected increase in delivery volume and raise concerns (if any)
Prepares analysis on shipper's last month's shipments and issue resolution report for a monthly discussion
Subject matter expert in NinjaVan’s Shipper Programmes and Operational flows
Monitor shipper satisfaction and service quality throughout and prepare relevant/necessary reports for management review
Proactively propose structural changes or new solutions to streamline existing processes to increase operational efficiency & client's retention.
Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, internal and external, across different geographies, throughout the on-boarding, shipping and delivery cycle.
Reach 10% Growth of volume each Shipper

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
3 years of experience in Courier/Logistics sales
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
Excellent leadership skills
Experience setting sales goals
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office
