Job Description
Account Management
Oversee the brand's Official Store on Shopee to maximize revenue and achieve annual targets.
Develop and implement account strategies, conduct monthly performance reviews, and manage marketplace negotiations.
Build partnerships with influencers and content creators to enhance brand visibility.
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze sales and shopper data to inform business decisions.
Utilize analytics tools for forecasting, campaign optimization, and customer segmentation.
Campaign & Promotion Execution
Plan and execute promotional activities, including live streaming and influencer collaborations.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies for peak sales periods.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, finance, and key account teams.
Coordinate with marketplace partners and eCommerce enablers for seamless execution.
Merchandising & Customer Experience
Maintain updated merchandising.
Implement loyalty programs and personalized engagement strategies.
Financial Oversight
Manage trade marketing budgets and track ROI.
Ensure financial targets and channel profitability.
The Successful Applicant
Experience
3-5+ years in eCommerce or digital sales, preferably with FMCG or beauty brands.
Proven success in managing Official Stores and executing campaigns on platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop.
Skills
Strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, and experience with budget management.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social commerce strategies.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
Competencies
Detail-oriented, adaptable, customer-focused, and proficient in analytics tools and Microsoft Office.
