Kalibrr Teaching Assistants - Denpasar

Kalibrr Indonesia offers class teaching assistant opportunities for candidates who are currently located in Denpasar. Selected candidates will become a part of an exciting 6 months-long training program that teaches its students soft-skills, which are: Time Management, Digital Branding and Acing Interview, Professional Communications, Adaptability, and Critical Thinking.

In each class, you will work in pairs and will assist the main trainer to deliver the learning content to the students. The class schedule is as follows:

A. 15 - 16 February 2020

B. 7 - 8 March 2020

C. 27 - 28 June 2020

As a teaching assistant, you are expected to:

- Attend training and briefing sessions to thoroughly understand the modules that are provided
- Complete online videos to demonstrate an understanding of the provided module
- Complete all assigned assessments
- Able to teach and guide the students with the right course understanding should the main trainer is occupied
- Help to prepare on-site classrooms by gathering material or setting up equipment
- Provide encouragement and positive motivation to students
- Pay extra attention to the learning content that the students struggle with
- Review students’ assignment and work
- Available to help the students to complete the assignments
- Provide feedback to the students’ assignments in the provided platform
