Design words in the app based on the correct tone of voice and product theme. Maintain consistency in product copy (both English and Indonesian). Collaborate intensively with product managers, product designers, and illustrators in giving seamless user experience. Involve in user interviews with UX researchers to ensure a clear, customer-centric copy. Simplify complex business briefs from stakeholders into engaging words in the app. Ensure that all the product copy are aligned with our brand and marketing materials. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in copywriting (fresh graduates are welcomed). Fluent in both Indonesian and English (both in writing and speaking). An excellent listener and shows empathy for various kinds of users. Attention to detail while also keeping up with the dynamic environment. Self-driven and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Knows how to probe the right questions whenever lacking context.
