**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human resources, or any relevant field.

one year experience in training.
- Ability to manage full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
- Proficient with Ms Office.
- Preferred have good english proficient in speaking and writing.
- Capable of working collaboratively with others in a team-orientated environment.
- Willing to be placed in one of the working locations in the Branch of South Sulawesi.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible for all training execution (training for MC, JL, MJ).
- Manage day by day training in each region.
- Conduct training as schedule.
- Manage MJ in terms of training execution.
- Responsible for Training Center (operation, tools, etc.)
- Collect feedback from a training participant.
- Do introduction and campaign on Oustlab for MC, JL, MJ.
