Junior Tax Officer

Persyaratan
Bachelor's degree in accounting/ Finance/ Fiscal administration with minimum 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in Multinational Company/ companies
Ability to operate Statutory Web based Tax Applications (E-registration, E-filing, E-faktur, E-nofa, all form of E-SPT, E-biling)

Basic to Intermediate Business English
Strong knowledge of tax regulations especially WHT & VAT
Familiar with MS Office Application (Excel, Word, PPT) is essential,

Having Brevet A & B certification will be a distinct advantage

SAP Literate is highly regarded
- Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines, willing to work on stretched

hours

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Good analytical skills, thorough & pro-active in a demanding work situation

Have experience running large amounts of data Tanggung Jawab
Maintain day-to-day tax compliance matters, including preparation and reporting of monthly tax calculation/payment/returns, i.e.
WHT, VAT)
Assist in issuing Faktur Pajak, and reconciling the VAT related GL in the book

Assist in issuing WHT slips, and reconciling the WHT related GL in the book

Assist in Collecting Customer WHT slips, and reconciling the WHT related GL in the book
Provide tactical solution on main tax issues

Follow procedures and timeline to operate tax compliance matters

Ensure proper documentation & filing for all tax related documents
