Come join us!**Position Summary**:Engineering Platform is the discipline of designing and building toolchains and workflows that enable self service capabilities for software engineering organizations in the cloud-native era. As engineering platform team, our responsibilities is to empower engineers to be able to do self service to break down organization silos. We're looking for a passionate Site Reliability Engineer to join the Engineering Platform team and contribute to this important initiative.On Engineering Platform, you'll be challenged to improve and extend our release pipeline, CI/CD infrastructure, automation, and tooling. As well as working closely with fellow Site Reliability Engineer, as Site Reliability Engineer in Product Platfrom team, you are part of Engineering Platform department. Our goals is to support development team to run, operate, manage, and deploy their product in client environments.**Essential Functions/Responsibilities**:The Site Reliability Engineer is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:- Assist in reviewing and providing feedback on coworkers' changes to support reliability efforts.- Collaborate with the team to investigate and resolve infrastructure and operational issues, contributing to effective fixes.- Execute infrastructure and operational tasks with scalability and stability considerations in mind.- Contribute to the development of automation solutions to streamline tasks, enhance efficiency, and minimize manual effort.- Participate in the investigation of operational incidents and contribute to preventive measures for future issues.- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure and deployment frameworks utilizing K8s and CNCF projects.- Support the establishment of a secure, cost-effective, and scalable cloud platform.- Collaborate with the team to deliver cost-effective and reliable infrastructure solutions, while identifying areas for improvement.- Engage in direct communication with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and providing support as a valued team member.- Meet requirements for engineering excellence- Perform other duties as assigned**Qualifications/Experience Required**:- Specializes in operations and reliability automation.- Experience with a variety of modern infrastructure and operational technologies- Experience completing a collaborative infrastructure or operational project- Eagerness to learn new languages and technologies- Practical knowledge of networking, storage, and container technologies- Proficiency in written and verbal English language to succeed in a remote work environment- Flexibility to adjust to work routines/schedules, as required, to meet the needs of the company and expectations of customers- Previous professional infrastructure or operational experience of any kind preferred- Experience at a AAA game studio or a software product company preferred- Experience working with cloud platforms or web products preferred- Experience working in a multinational technology startup is a big plus
