As Jr O+O Manager in L'Oreal Indonesia, you will have the opportunity to formulate strategy & program implementation for O + O channel (offline store that having online business or pure online store) that operating in the marketplace of ecommerce.

- Develop strategy and action plan on consumer acquisition, perfect store concept on online
- Assess trading term and build stronger term
- Work together with GT field team on the operational and account penetration
- Manage activation and budget management for O+O channel
- Customer Relationship Management
- Create expansion Strategy
You have
- 2-3 years experience as Key Account Manager/Sales Manager handling ecommerce and GT in multi-national company/ start-up company
- High capability on reading data and conducting analysis
- Have good analytical skills, negotiation skills, and project management skills
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Comfortable working both independently with mínimal guidance and in a team setting
