We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer with strong Mandarin skills to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will assist in handling a variety of legal matters, including contract drafting, legal research, cross-border transactions, and client communications, particularly with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on Indonesian and international regulations.
• Support due diligence, legal compliance, and regulatory filings.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and translate relevant legal materials.
• Work closely with senior lawyers on cross-border legal transactions and litigation support.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may affect clients.
Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.)
from a reputable university.
• Passed the Indonesian Bar Exam (Ujian Advokat) or in process.
• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or above preferred).
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• 0–2 years of legal experience (internships or paralegal roles are acceptable).
• Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in corporate law, international trade, or cross-border transactions.
• LL.M.
or additional certification in international business law is a plus.
