Junior Graphic Designer
The Junior Graphic Designer will support the marketing team through designing effective marketing materials. This role requires effective design skills for a wide range of marketing components including print (catalogs, magazines, newspaper ads, direct mail, ISM) and digital campaigns (emails, site assets, digital advertising and social media.) The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating marketing collateral including email, site asset, signs, direct mail, and advertising while managing the marketing resources efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will work closely with the Creative team to ensure adherence to the processes and goals are met while proactively addressing and course correcting when needed.

You Also Have
BA degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
2 or more years experience in graphic design in a marketing or agency environment
Excellent typography skills
Excellent knowledge of the digital environment, including files, formats and best practices
Excellent knowledge of pre-press file preparation including font management and support file links
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac platform
Strong time management skills
Branding experience (icon development, logo development)ac
As The Junior Graphic Designer, You Will
Develop effective graphics and ad materials to support the business
Solve creative and communicative issues based on brief
Assist other designers with projects as required
Serve as lead production designer on the team
Follow project from concept to final approval ensuring integrity of creative concept is kept in focus throughout
Use effective time management and organizational skills to maintain effective workflow and meet deadlines
Stay current with the latest developments in the field of design and be familiar with industry marketing programs
Ensures proper sign off process-proofreads and verifies content & specs for all projects assigned
