Partner with the best As a Field Service Control Specialist, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers.
Leading the installation, commissioning, and start-up activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.
As a Field Service Electrical Specialist, after an intensive Training Program, you will be responsible for: Providing technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
Overseeing, overhauling, installing, troubleshooting, and commissioning our rotating equipment and products at customer sites.
Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal teams.
Ensuring internal training, compliance, and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to standards.
Properly managing company digital tools to retrieve technical documents and manage packing lists, bills of material, and drawings.
Dealing appropriately with Electrical & Control schematics to provide clear instructions at customer sites.
Fuel your passion To succeed in this role, you should have: 0 to 2 years of experience in an Electrical/Electronic role in energy or oil and gas environments (or similar).
An Electric/Electronic Technical degree or Engineering degree.
Basic knowledge of main control systems such as PLC or similar.
A customer service-oriented mindset, with experience guiding customers through tough decisions.
Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical information.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
A valid passport and excellent English skills (verbal and written).
Willingness to travel up to 70%, including offshore facilities.
