Junior Consultant

Interact with sales team and client to identify clients' need.- Analyze, determine and communicate work product results that will be delivered to client upon project completion.- Collaborate and maintain relationship with other parties, internal or external parties, with the aim of impeccable projects.- Provide solution recommendation with Consultant according to clients' need.- Prepare and deliver reports (shortlisted CV) and presentation for clients (if needed).- Responsible to ensure and supervise whole deliverables falls within the applicable scope.- Report project progress/difficulties to Solution Head.- Bachelor Degree, preferably Psychology, HR Management, Management, or Industrial Engineering.- Having min. 1-2 years of working experience in Recruitment.- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.- A Problem Solver and Analytical Thinker.- Great in Project Management & Multitasking skills.- Highly Initiative and impressive in Planning & Organizing.- Great in Presentation skills, Excel is a must.- Good in English."Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
