Your Role: Jr. Performance Marketing Manager What You'll Be Doing: Plan a strategy across all digital channels which will be the most cost effective in order to gain conversionsExecute digital marketing campaigns across search, display and social advertising to drive conversions on the portal/ appManage weekly metrics reporting across digital channels Manage the end-to-end process of campaign creation, including the setting up of ad sets, audience targeting, ad copy, creative review and bid adjustmentsManage multiple projects concurrently and handle daily ad hoc operationsContinually review campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimise overall spend and performanceDevelop, oversee, and evaluate the implementation of A/B test campaignsIdentify trends and insights, keep abreast of new social media or web technologies, and digital marketing trendsImplement these new technologies in developing new campaignsAnalyse campaign performance toward business objectives and come up with next action plans What We're Looking For: Strong in stakeholder/shareholder management, excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skillsMinimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing advertisement preferredExperience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords (SEM) and Facebook/Instagram campaign are a mustEye for design and strong in website building/design optimizations on Wordpress, Elementor is a plusOperational knowledge with the latest marketing or ad serving tools like Google Analytics, AdWords Editor, Power Editor would be advantageous Able to work independently and is a self-starterAble to lead a small team and have a great leadership skillsProblem solver in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment Are you ready to shape the future of real estate?
