We are looking for a Jr Finance Executive (APAC), based in Indonesia.
You will be required to work closely with the finance executive, finance controller and head of finance on all matters relating to finance.
**What you'll do**:

- Take responsibility for the Accounts Payables function, including handling AP vendor invoices, staff expense claims payment and other payment processing for APAC markets
- Take responsibility for the Accounts Receivables function, including AR collections/following up for overdue debts
- Full sets of accounts (AR, AP, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliation, etc)
- Support other teams in identifying, verifying and improving the existing processes
- Other adhoc duties as assigned

**Who you are**:

- Min.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and Administration, or Taxation
- Fresh Graduate or with 1-2 years of working experience
- Fluent in English
- Team player, meticulous and a positive working attitude
- Good time management & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Experience with food and beverage industry is an added advantage
- Experience with NetSuite is an added advantage
