Provide technical and operations support to customers and internal development teams
Organize multiple production issues, customer requests and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Minimal 2 years experience in similar position
Good understanding of end-to-end infrastructure components viz.
load balancers, GTMs, LTMs, HA Proxies, Web and Application Servers, Database servers, Container platform
Proficient in GNU/Linux environment
Good knowledge and experience of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
Understanding of cloud based infrastructure deployments (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS)
Have knowledge/experience in code development, automation script.
