Overview
Our client is a Japanese Education company.
Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker General Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Present strategies and plans to CEO and group key stakeholders with concise and clear communication.
Instill trust, build, and maintain relationships with strategic industry and cross-functional partners.
Lead partners in achieving shared goals.
Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to achieve business targets.
Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
High Conversational Japanese proficiency (min N3) and Conversational English proficiency.
Min. 5 years of working experience as a manager handling LPK or Educational Institution operation and business development.
Proven achievement in improving the educational institution and has networking for LPK.
Good problem-solving, decision-making, leadership skills, communicative.
