You''ll report directly to the Guest Relation Manager and coordinate the Front Office function of the hotel by developing the strategy aligned to the hotel mission, goals and objectives

Ideally you''ll have previous hotel experience in reservations or front office and a working knowledge of Opera. You''re known for your customer service focus, strong eye for detail and professional telephone manner and enjoy a call center environment..
