About The Role
As an ITBP Finance Functional Support, you will collaborate with Technical Support, Data Analyst, and other stakeholders in helping the Finance Accounting and Tax team so that we can generate accurate and timely financial reports.
What You Will Do
Handle day-to-day inquiries including but not limited to questions, incidents (bugs), change requests, etc.
Act as internal consultant with scope of work including (but not limited to) roll-out ERP system to new/additional entities, conduct requirement gathering, design solution and blueprint, configure ERP system, conduct UAT, deliver training, cutover, etc.
Collaborate with other parties, internal (other teams in Gojek) and external (vendors, product principal, etc.), in resolving problems
Lead a team to achieve the team’s goals
What You Will Need
Should have at least 6 years relevant experience working with SAP FICO module and integration with other modules e.g. MM, PS, etc.
Good knowledge in procurement to pay, order to cash, and record to report business processes
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English, written and spoken
Should be comfortable in facing, influence and getting buy-in from counterparts, end-users, and other stakeholders in day-to-day activities
Should have willingness to learn and work on new things (yes, we are a dynamic team)
Should have willingness to work extra hours if required (things come unexpected, always be prepared)

The Finance ITBP is part of the larger IT Enterprise Systems Team under CIO Organization. IT Enterprise Team governs, manages, and helps Gojek Enterprise applications globally.The office of the CIO is charged with leading the company's information technology strategy and implementation. All internal and enterprise systems are maintained and implemented by the CIO’s team; they look after a variety of systems, including (but, not limited to): finance, people services, productivity, operations, internal security login, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and email. The office of the CIO also leads all IT asset procurement, budgeting, and implementing equipment policies.
