**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in one or more of the following**:Maintaining Turnstile / Barrier Gate,** **Access Control and or CCTV,** **Technical and/or IT Support, Maintain Program / Systems, Technical hands-on experience**.
- Understand technical **Mechanical - IT Solution in End-user, Network, Application, Public Cloud and Security**.
- Ability to map business requirements into technical features.
- Ability to **prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure to close the problem**.
- Fluent in English (will be an advantage)
- Good in identify and solving the problem
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical solution for customers based on problem facing
- Involve in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Address all related queries on time
- Collect and analyze probleM/Feedback from customers to shape requirements, and product features
- Report on product performance and its adoption
- Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales.
- Liaise with the user to identify problem, and train customers to use products / solutions effectively (adoption).
- Staying current with any ongoing and upcoming client projects and initiatives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Rp4,300,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
