It Support Specialist

**Requirements**:

- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Project management and service operational
- Willing to learn new technologies and systems
- Strong customer service, ability to set priorities and multitask
- Able to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced working environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive routing, switching, security, and wireless LAN design, implementation and troubleshooting experience

**Job Descs**:

- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN), Support IT network infrastructure-related work
- Troubleshoot
- Provide consulting and guidance to team members
- Liaise with ISPs and vendors to provide required services
- Small to Large projects from specifying hardware to
- Be exposed to, and try out new, cutting-edge technologies and newer
- Assist IT Manager in day-to-day operational and preparing reports
- Developing, maintaining, and updating all relevant documentation (SOPs, case tickets, etc
- Involve in assigned tasks/projects from IT Manager that covers local or regional aspects
