- Menguasai Operating System Windows dan Linux.
- Menguasai konsep network dan security.
Tanggung Jawab- Mendukung operasional Contact Centre agar berjalan dengan baik.
- Instalasi hardware (server, workstation) dan software system.
- Monitoring dan maintenance perangkat Komputer, Laptop, CCTV, PABX, Server dan jaringan.
- Membuat laporan untuk inventory IT, program perawatan dan pekerjaan IT yang bersifat technical support dan troubleshooting.
