Job DescriptionWhat You Will DoManage and maintain office internet/wifi networks to ensure stable connectivity.
Oversee laptop handover for new hires and retrieve devices from offboarding employees.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets (laptops, routers, peripherals, etc.)
and ensure proper tracking.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and update company-approved software and security patches on devices.
Collaborate with vendors for IT-related purchases and service maintenance.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Perform basic troubleshooting for printers, network devices, and other office IT equipment.
Assist with setting up IT infrastructure for events, meetings, or remote work arrangements.
RequirementsProven experience as an IT Support, IT Technician, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, access points, firewalls).
Experience with Windows, macOS, and basic troubleshooting of office devices.
Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills to assist employees with technical issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
Experience in cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
Understanding of basic cybersecurity best practices.
