Ensure that the computer used can function normally/run as it should.- Must ensure that all computers used by users are connected to the network.- Tasked with backing up all data to ensure it is safe and if the system experiences problems, you need to restore data from the existing backup system.- Responsible for supporting machines such as printers, scanners and so on.- Also on duty to check and repair if at any time there is a problem with the computer network.**Requirements**:- Min. experience in the related fields at least 2 years- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 per month**Experience**:- IT Support: 2 years (preferred)- Networking: 2 years (preferred)License/Certification:- Certification as a IT Support (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (required)
