Job Descriptions Respond to technical tickets and provide support on-site or remotely.
Contact clients, propose solutions, and ensure issue resolution.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, CCTV, networking, and software issues.
Perform system installations, updates, monitoring, and maintenance.
Conduct backups and restore data as needed.
Document processes and maintain service records.
Provide minor technical or operational training.
Requirements D3/S1 Degree in computer sciences, IT, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Linux administration, help desk, or similar roles.
Experience with Virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware, VirtualBox, etc.).
Extensive experience with Linux servers and network equipment.
Experience with backup automation and data restoration.
Up-to-date knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
Willing to work in Salatiga.
